Angelica Macdestiny
Founder & CEO
Angelica Ugo Macdestiny is a speaker, counselor, trainer, and educator. Founder of Women Above Rubies, a platform that supports women in their journey of self-discovery and value reorientation. A Lead Coach at Wakeup Makeup Services, a lifestyle and relationship academy. Also, the Founder of New Breed Empowered Children Foundation, a fold that supports vulnerable children to build dignified life for themselves.
Angelica holds an HND from IMT, Enugu; a PGCEi from LJM University, UK; a Diploma from MMI, London and currently pursuing her Masters in Leadership (M.A Edu.) from LJM University, UK.
As her interest is always keen towards adding value, she is a member of several organizations: a graduate member of NIM, Nigeria; a Certified Service Professional (CSP) by Service Strategies, USA; a Certified GPS by Life Journey Facilitator, USA; a Certified Marriage Mentor and Relationship Coach by TIMFA, USA and a Certified Life Skills Trainer at LS University, Singapore.
She was a Business Development Associate at Solar Sister Nigeria, a social enterprise from the US. And presently facilitates as a counselor and character development instructor/trainer with Miss Blossom Beauty Services (A Girl Child Project) by Messy Ms. Mysteries.
She is happily married with two lovely children and loves to spend her leisure time with her family. She was a Business Development Associate at Solar Sister Nigeria, a social enterprise from the US. And presently facilitates as a counselor and character development instructor/trainer with Miss Blossom Beauty Services (A Girl Child Project) by Messy Ms. Mysteries.

Organizational business culture will be transformed to embrace greater possibilities. Stephanie Pius is a wife and mother and she promotes the Doing Business Africa Programme. She is our business and skill empowerment coach, helping support women in building and growing small and medium enterprises.
